Hometown Multimedia/WCTR AM & FM is seeking salespeople. Must have a strong desire to help local businesses grow and succeed. You will sell effective web/digital solutions, radio advertising and marketing ideas to new and existing clients of Hometown/WCTR. The ideal candidate will be someone who can develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking and referrals from existing clients. You will have the ability to connect, understand and deliver innovative ideas plus be a team player. As a new Hometown sales pro, you will be discovering new business through prospecting and cold calling, as well as managing and growing existing assigned accounts, identifying clients’ advertising needs and developing and presenting customized solutions to meet those needs. The successful seller will create programs that include web/digital solutions on air radio campaigns, event sponsorships and more.
