Our clinicians do amazing work for their clients! We sat down with Tim to get some insights on why caring for your mental health is important and what his work at For All Seasons means to him. “I think mental health is important because it is the first thing that people push down. Often times they treat it like a math equation –like ‘I can only handle so much’ or ‘I know I can handle it’– it’s hard to focus on because it’s not like a task or a job. [Mental health] needs to be explored and that’s what we do best at For All Seasons; we meet you where you are, we will explore it, and we’ll get you the help that you need.”

It’s day #3 of our Give With Your Heart Campaign. And you can DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT! Donations will be matched up to $50,000 thanks to the generosity of two matching gift donors.
Mia shares why our donors are so vital to our work. “I think mental health is one of the largest problems in the United States and a lot of things stem from mental health...I want to engage our donors so they know they are part of the solution. They’re not just writing a check and never seeing where it goes – they get to understand that every dollar they give us goes back into their community and it helps everybody. Even the smallest donation will make a large impact.”

Today marks the first day of our annual GIVE WITH YOUR HEART campaign. This week we will be sharing heartfelt messages from our staff, board, and friends. Michelle Hudson, Rape Crisis Center Advocate, is kicking us off with her message. Michelle shares, “I am very passionate about the work I do because when I think about my clients, I know I can be in their corner to make sure they never feel alone and that they know they can get through these challenges.” Did you know that For All Seasons is the only Rape Crisis Center covering over 200,000 residents of the Mid-Shore? Michelle and the team can not do this work without the support of community members like you. Please Give With Your Heart and be a part of our mission! What an amazing crew that came together this week!
For All Seasons hosted its first Dare to Lead™ Community Training. Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators Beth Anne Dorman - CEO, and Lesa Lee - Chief Clinical Officer, led this four-day intensive training for a group of community members, board members, and professionals. Our Dare to Lead™ participants explored transparency, vulnerability, and authenticity — foundational skills for cultivating teams. They are learning to stay curious, lean into difficult conversations, and develop the potential in themselves and others.

If you are interested in Dare to Lead™ for your business or if you are a community member interested in the next training PM For All Seasons, and we will share more info!
